NSN Inc. is a real estate boutique law firm based in Randburg specializing in Administration of deceased estates, Conveyancing, residential and commercial developments and property transfers, tenant/landlord dispute, lease agreements and general notarial work. Real estate and property-related work is our niche.
The firm’s uniqueness is attributable to the fact that we value the people that we interact and work with, whether they are real estate agents, colleagues, banks, sellers, purchasers and service providers.
The firm has over 10 years of professional experience and has a good reputation in the property industry as the firm is trusted by banks, real estate agents and developers, individual property sellers and purchasers.
The firm was founded by the Managing Director, Sanelisiwe (Saneli) Ngcobo who heads up the real estate practice and conveyancing department. Saneli graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2011 and previously worked for one of the big 5 law firms in South Africa, before becoming a partner and director in another law firm in Fourways.

Meet The Team
Sanelisiwe Ngcobo
Managing Director
Sanelisiwe is most known as Saneli. She is a real estate lawyer, a qualified attorney, notary and conveyancer. She focuses on residential and commercial property transfers and various property related matters and transactions.
Saneli’s expertise includes general property and notarial work. She is vibrant and passionate about property and clients. She is experienced in drafting and advising on property related matters. She has extensive experience on residential developments and dealing with small and large scale transfers.
She has worked closely with large financial institutions in respect of development end-user finance, undertaking pre-sale audits, miscellaneous small and large scale loans, and the registration of the underlying mortgage bonds as security for these loans.
Saneli’s experience extends to conducting due diligence investigations, offering advice on the viability of agreements and providing tailor made solutions on property related matters.
Saneli completed her articles in Cape Town in 2013 and spent her initial professional years practising as a junior conveyancer in another reputable law firm in Cape Town. She then joined one of the big global law firms in SA, and was initially based in the Cape Town office and later transferred to the Sandton office. Previously, Saneli had been a partner in another real estate specialist law firm in Fourways . Saneli went on to start her own law firm Ngcobo SN Inc which is based in Ferndale.
Phumlani Ngcobo
Chief Executive Officer
Phumlani Ngcobo is a founder and Chairman of Qadi Civils. He is also a Managing Director of Inkazimulo Consulting. He is a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Brown Sugar Oceans. He Also Founded Qadi Foundation.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of extensive experience in both the public and private sector. It is with this profuse experience that makes his work with senior corporate executives of various companies or his consultations with major corporations very exceptional.
He has a wide variety of qualifications and training but also wide experiences that equipped his great skills in the whole of the accounting and business sector. With experience at servicing some of the top and most prestigious companies that are; JSE listed; Large unlisted Companies, Non-profit organisations; Agencies; Municipalities; Provincial Departments and State-Owned Entities.
He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA); South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA); Directors Association. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership (UNISA SBL); Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting (UKZN) and Bachelor of Accounting Science (UNISA).
Phumlani’s role as the CEO is:
• Setting and executing the organization’s strategy, allocating capital, and building and overseeing the executive team.

Lindokuhle Ndaba
Business Development Manager
Lindokuhle is a client-centric individual with exceptional planning and implementation capabilities with hands-on experience as a business development officer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Political Science, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Management obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Focused on supporting cross-functional teams to increase client satisfaction bringing forth valuable industry experience and a passion for real estate.
Lindokuhle is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients’ needs are met as per the client’s set expectations.
Tarryn Schuman
Senior Conveyancer

Thulani Nkosi
Litigation Director
Thulani Nkosi is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court and a Director, with massive experience in civil litigation both in the High Courts and Magistrate Courts.
His range of experience and knowledge of civil litigation are his greatest strength in providing the best service.
He believes that Outstanding service delivery, Hardwork and Humility are assets that makes him and the team remarkably significant.
Thulani’s career started in 2017 when he earned his LLB Degree from the University of South Africa. He also holds a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Management.

Sherazaad Desai is a Graduate of the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls (2009-2014). She has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies & Anthropology from the University of the Witwatersrand. With a passion and drive for knowledge – Sherazaad is currently completing her law degree through UNISA.
She has 4 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary and enjoys property law and all aspects of conveyancing.

Danica is our goal-driven, dedicated Conveyancing Secretary. She is responsible for ensuring that the process of transfers runs smoothly and in a timeous manner. With her great communication skills, she ensures that clients are always well-informed by providing weekly feedback. Danica maintains excellent attention to detail, is meticulous, conscientious, focused and most efficient at all times. She is passionate about her work. She is improving her skills and knowledge pertaining to law and is in the process of obtaining her LLB degree.
Bongathini Mthethwa
Conveyancing Secretary
Bongathini is a well-rounded Conveyancing Secretary with a diverse set of skills that she gained through working in various roles and industries. She possesses excellent communication skills which have enabled her to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and external correspondence.
Bongathini commenced her conveyancing secretary career in 2020 and has developed number of skills within the field. Skilled in multitasking She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management with UNISA and planning to pursue a law degree upon completion.

Jeanine is an experienced, highly motivated Senior Conveyancing Secretary with 11 years’ experience in property transfers.
She handles a full range of residential and commercial conveyancing work and she works closely with our Conveyancing Director.

Snegugu Ngcobo

Snegugu holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She boasts a strong financial management background in the service, commercial, and legal industries. Her specialisation lies in profit development through expert business, revenue, cash, asset, and risk management.
Snegugu brings a unique perspective to the world of accounting within our firm. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, she is passionate about continuously expanding her expertise to stay at the forefront of industry trends. As the finance team manager, Snegugu is highly analytical and passionate about accounting and service delivery.
Trudie Van Vreden
Candidate Attorney
Trudie Van Vreden is a young and inspired Professional. She has completed her Bcom Law & Business Management degree as well as her LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand, and is currently completing her Master of Laws in Commercial and Business Law where she is engaged in research of fields such as Cyber Law, Finance and Banking, Advanced Individual Labour Law and Competition Law.
She is experienced in doing legal research, drafting letters and opinions regarding commercial matters and transactions.
Kgomotso Mahloromela
